01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nt777 website located at https://nt777.club and all associated services, games, features, and content made available by nt777 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and nt777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nt777 are conducted in PKR. The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Bank Alfalah Bank Transfer.

Deposits:

• Deposits are typically credited to your nt777 account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and network conditions.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposits page within your account and may vary by payment method.
• nt777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly at the point of offer.
• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may be restricted based on geographic location, account history, payment method, or other criteria determined by nt777 at its sole discretion.
• One bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise by the relevant promotion terms.

06 Wagering & Gaming Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. nt777 will not cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed by the system, except in cases of manifest error or technical fault.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pay tables, or game outcomes caused by a technical or human error, nt777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account balance.

07 Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion: Cooperating with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bonus Abuse: Using systematic strategies, multiple accounts, or coordinated activity to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with fair and genuine play.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were genuinely made and credited to your nt777 account.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the nt777 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, user interface designs, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of nt777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the nt777 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any nt777 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any nt777 software.
• Using nt777 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised by nt777 in writing.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nt777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from technical errors, connectivity failures, or force majeure events.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond nt777's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by third-party payment providers, including delays, rejections, or technical failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or your failure to comply with these Terms.

nt777's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

nt777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire Platform. • Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• The Member's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

nt777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of a material amendment, nt777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Members via email or a prominent notification on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the nt777 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under nt777's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the first instance through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority under which nt777 holds its gaming licence. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
